The Full Story

Hello, and welcome, I’m really glad you’ve found your way here.
 

I created the Emotional First Aid Series because I kept seeing how many capable, high-functioning women were quietly struggling in moments that are meant to feel simple or manageable.

 

On the outside, everything looks fine - you’re holding it together, showing up, getting things done. But inside, experiences like breakups, emotional triggers, or uncertainty can quickly lead to overwhelm, overthinking, and feeling like you’ve lost your emotional footing.

This series was created to bridge that gap between what you’re feeling and what’s actually happening internally.

You’ll begin to understand what’s going on in the brain and body during emotionally intense moments — how stress responses are activated, why thought loops form, and how emotional intensity shows up through the nervous system. When things start to make sense in this way, they feel less confusing, and far less self-critical.

This is the first in a growing series of workshops, starting with the High-Functioning Women workshop with more topics being added soon. Each one is designed to support a different emotional experience, but this is the best place to begin if you often feel like you’re holding everything together while struggling internally.

Alongside this understanding, I wanted to create something deeply practical. Not just awareness, but tools you can actually use in real time.

The Emotional First Aid Series is designed to support women in regulating their emotions, recognising patterns, and responding to themselves with more steadiness and clarity. It’s about helping you recover from emotionally intense periods, rebuild your sense of self, and move forward in a way that feels grounded, not rushed, so you can become a more connected, self-aware version of yourself as you continue through life.

Emotional First Aid Series:High Functioning Women Workshop

This pre-recorded workshop offers high-functioning women a dedicated space to better understand themselves — especially the emotional and physical impact a breakup can have, whether it’s recent or something you’ve been carrying for a while. Designed to build self-awareness and resilience, this workshop helps you make sense of what you’re experiencing, so you’re not just “pushing through” but actually understanding what’s happening beneath the surface. You’ll gain clarity on your healing process, along with practical tools to support you as you navigate this transition with more confidence, strength, and ease. By exploring both the mental and physical responses to a breakup, this workshop takes a more holistic approach to healing and personal growth. It’s a powerful first step for women who are ready to move forward with greater insight, self-trust, and clarity.
